Description
Instrument used to carve wax patterns, it generally features a beveled blade of varying shape and size, which can be heated to soften the wax while shaping the pattern.
PKT (Dr. Peter K. Thomas) is a tool for adding, carving or polishing wax.
The curved tapered tips allow to slide on the melted wax. No. 1 and No. 2 are used to add wax ( they can also be used for burnishing): No. 1 is used for large quantities; No. 2 (smaller) is used for smaller quantities.
