1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
Note: Certain items such as sterilized products, special-order bulk items, or disposable products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at haggaisurgical@gmail.com , haggaisurgicalinternational@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
Mention your order number, reason for return, and whether you want a refund or exchange
Our support team will provide you with return instructions
Ship the item(s) back to our return address at your own cost (unless the product was defective or wrong)
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges if:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement item at no additional cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Bulk Orders
Bulk or wholesale orders may have custom return terms depending on the size and nature of the order. Please discuss return eligibility before finalizing any bulk purchases.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue promptly through replacement or full refund.
